Senior Product & Marketing Counsel
Turo is looking for a Senior Product & Marketing Counsel to support their growing business and new expansion areas. The role involves providing legal advice to various business functions and collaborating with global teams.
Skills
- JD degree from an accredited law school and license to practice law
- 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house at a tech company
- Knowledgeable on legal and regulatory concerns in marketing and consumer protection
- Ability to work in gray areas and provide pragmatic recommendations
- Demonstrated expertise in handling legal issues and risk assessment
Responsibilities
- Delivering clear and actionable legal advice to marketing, product, and operations teams
- Reviewing and providing compliance counseling on advertising, marketing, and promotions
- Performing legal reviews of new products, features, and market expansions
- Advising on regulatory compliance projects and drafting and negotiating marketing agreements
Education
- JD degree from an accredited law school
