The Princeton Review is seeking a Campus Ambassador Supervisor for the West Region to lead a team of campus ambassadors and enhance the brand's presence on college campuses nationwide.
Responsibilities: Supervise campus ambassadors, manage recruitment and training, coordinate on-campus events, maintain communication, and gather feedback to improve the program.
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage a remote team.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant experience in sales, relationship management, or event promotion, along with strong motivational and presentation abilities.
Location: The position can be performed anywhere in the United States, except Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Mississippi, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
Compensation: $44144 - $58384 / Annually

Summary of Position: As a Campus Ambassador Supervisor at The Princeton Review, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a strong brand presence on university and college campuses nationwide. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of campus ambassadors who will serve as enthusiastic and knowledgeable representatives of The Princeton Review. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for education and student engagement.

Salary: $44,144 - $58,384 per year, based on a 40-hour work week.
