Customer Experience Manager
Join Twilio as a Customer Experience Manager APJ, responsible for driving adoption and retention across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region.

- Own the success of scaled customers in the region
- Achieve adoption and retention goals
- Maximize onboarding, adoption, retention, risk, expansion, and advocacy campaigns
- Partner with Sales and Renewals teams for account renewals and expansion
- Become an expert on the Segment platform and integrations
