Skills
Strong Workday configuration experience
Exposure to various HR systems across HCM, LMS, ATS, and Case Management
Ability to translate HR business needs into effective design recommendations
Experience in project management and Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
Configure Workday modules focusing on Total Rewards, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits
Research, design, and deploy best practices for scalable business processes
Gather and evaluate end-user requirements, prototype, and configure based on project needs
Support ad-hoc reporting needs and data loads using EIB
Ensure solution designs align with security, scalability, and best practices
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field
