UI Designer is needed in Boston, United States.Client: 360EXLocation: Boston, United StatesContract: ContractorJob Description• Lead the design strategy and vision for UI/UX across all digital platforms and products within the organization.• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints, translating them into effective design solutions.• Develop and maintain UI/UX standards, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring consistency and usability across all applications.• Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and analysis to validate design choices and iterate on solutions.• Mentor and guide junior designers and cross-functional teams on UX/UI principles and methodologies.• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, integrating new techniques and approaches as appropriate.• Act as a thought leader and advocate for user-centred design within the organization, influencing stakeholders at all levels to prioritize user experience.Requirements• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.• Proven experience (X+ years) as a UI/UX Architect or similar role in a senior capacity.• Expertise in designing complex, enterprise-level applications and digital products.• Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, and interaction design principles.• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and justify design decisions.• Experience leading design workshops, user interviews, and usability testing sessions.• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications• Certification in UX design or related field (e.g., Certified Usability Analyst, UX Certification).• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and design sprints.• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.Additional InformationJob Type: ContractPay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekCompensation Package: 1099 contractSchedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to FridayExperience: UI: 10 years (Required); UX: 10 years (Required)Work Location: In personPosted a month ago
