Field Operations Engineer

Two Six Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Engineer to join our Cyber Mission team. As a Field Operations Engineer, you will be the primary contact for our customers, enhancing relationships by resolving a variety of issues.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for government and military customers in addressing and resolving technical issues
Utilize expertise in system and network administration, incident response, and forensic analysis to support cyber operations
Provide onsite installation, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of cyber solution products
Provide customer support as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of systems
Participate in the establishment, measurement, and achievement of customer satisfaction metrics
Brief and demonstrate company projects to a variety of customers (government and non-government agencies)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
