Department's Website:
Ph.D. in Economics, Public Policy, Data Science, or a related field conferred by start of employment from an accredited institution of higher education
Experience with the U.S. education system, preferably in Arkansas
Experience managing large datasets
Proficiency in conducting statistical and data science analyses
Demonstrated ability to produce research papers and presentations on education issues, incorporating quantitative analysis
