This role is located in New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA and will work HYBRID schedule.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:• Agile project management: You will assist in managing activities across workstreams, partnering with internal and external resources to prepare project documentation, drive meetings and execute against sprint plans• Delivery Roadmap: You will collaborate with stakeholders to define integration and create an Agile Enablement roadmap. This includes breaking down the program into manageable increments, identifying deliverables, estimating effort, and prioritizing work• Risk management: You will identify and assess potential risks and issues that may impact the program's success. You'll participate in developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize negative impacts and maintain timeline integrity`To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:• Bachelors or master’s degree in business administration, engineering or related fields• Previous management consulting experience designing and implementing Operating Models• Previous experience in banking or financial services• 5-7 years of experienceAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $79,000 and $165,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
