About the roleAs Senior Strategy & Business Operations Associate, you will report to our Chief Operating Officer. You will leverage data-driven insights to design, prioritize, and drive cross-functional initiatives to ensure Workera delivers our strategic objectives. Many of the initiatives you support will require partnership with your operations peers and cross-functional leaders and their teams.What You’ll Do:Within 3 months, you will:• Develop a strong understanding of Workera’s market, product, and operating model.• Partner with Assessment Operations and Product teams to develop and launch an initial program to attract and deploy subject matter experts, resulting in an increased pool of qualified experts for assessments.• Evaluate the content provider landscape and develop a strong point of view on what partnerships will most contribute to a richer learning experience for our users.Within 6 months, you will:• Establish key metrics and a tracking system to measure the effectiveness of the new assessment operations programs and partnerships.• Optimize and scale the subject matter expert program, establishing new standards for assessment quality and relevancy.• Secure and manage multiple high-impact content partnerships, significantly enhancing the learning content available on our platform.• Support quarterly board reporting and the 2025 strategic planning process for the entire company - helping to integrate functional priorities (across Product, GTM, and Operations) into a cohesive strategy and operating planWithin 9 months, you will:• Consistently identify and address new cross-functional issues, maintaining a proactive approach to continuous improvement.• Independently define and initiate new strategic projects, contributing to the overall growth and success of Workera.• Please note as we are a dynamic and quickly growing scale-up, things are always subject to change*What You’ll Bring• 3+ years of strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or business operations; experience in high-growth, EdTech startups preferred• Strong interest in GenAI, education, upskilling, and/or psychometrics!• High analytical horsepower and significant experience owning quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable insights• Intellectual and analytical curiosity - inherent drive to explore the “why” of your analysis.• Project management skills, including attention to detail, timeliness, and strong prioritization• Bias to action: you get excited about rolling up your sleeves.
