Are you passionate about simplifying the way we work?We’re looking for a Product Manager to:• co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Periodic KYC reviews, covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning)• conduct comprehensive reviews of core platforms, policies, business processes and workflows in partnership with our partners in Legal, Risk and Compliance, and other key stakeholders• increase the overall quality of PKR process and tooling including operational health, and Financial Advisor satisfaction, and the delivery of valuable outcomes• drive product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod• act as product owner within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers• empowering and developing team members, and striving for continuous improvement whilst making space for learning and innovation• continue to digitize and leverage emerging technologies to drive operational excellence and maintain high data quality standards• collaborate with other key platform owners (e.g., Client Onboarding, client and account data master) to drive a fully integrated experience and solutionYour teamThe Field and Operational Platforms team is responsible for implementing transformational strategies that provide better tools for our Financial Advisors, support professionals, and clients. You will be working in the Periodic KYC Reviews program, which includes the associated platforms, processes, and workflows. This role is based out of Weehawken and Nashville. In close partnership with our control partners in Legal, Risk, and Compliance, you will be responsible for identifying areas for continuous improvement to stay aligned with changing regulations and drive operational excellence for the PKR program. This includes connections to client onboarding, enhanced due diligence, and periodic KYC reviews based on client risk ratings.Diversity helps us grow, together. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients.Your expertise• ideally 10 or more years of experience in Wealth Management• bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience• proven experience in and deep-subject matter expertise of the financial services industry, wealth management, and branch operations and processes• experience leading and delivering largescale cross-enterprise programs and teams, including in the Enhanced Due Diligence and PKR space• experience and knowledge of agile methodologies and practices• highly motivated independent leader with a strong work ethic• excellent analytical, process-oriented, problem-solving, and issues-resolution skills with the ability to effectively communicate in both business and technical contexts including managing relationships with industry partners and other teams• ability to manage ambiguity and bring focus with recommendations on solving tactical and strategic challengesAbout UsUBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
