OverviewFull-Time PositionRemote/Hybrid8am-5pmThe recruiter develops creative strategies to source the highest quality candidates. The recruiter will partner with the hiring managers to develop a strong understanding of their needs and to support their hiring initiatives. Recruiters are responsible for developing talent pipelines, for creating strategies to support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and to provide an excellent candidate experience.QualificationsRequired Education: Bachelor's DegreeRequired Experience: More than three (3+) years' experience of full cycle recruitmentPreferred Experience: Experience recruiting for health carePreferred Licensure/Certification: PHR or SHRMNecessary Skills• Ability to strategically forecast recruitment needs of clients.• Plan for and develop recruitment plans for critical and hard to fill positions.• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.• Excellent customer service skills• Demonstrated sound judgment and decision making ability• Excellent demonstrated verbal and written communication skills• Proven and demonstrated ability to multi-task• Strong organization skills• Strong PC word processing and spreadsheet skills
