Compensation & Benefit Information:
Hourly/Salary Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by experience and other job-related factors.
Bonus/Incentive Pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.

As an Assembler I, your primary responsibility is to meticulously fabricate component parts and assemble finished products according to our clients' specifications. You’ll be securing and maintaining the right components and supplies needed for a seamless operation. Your day will start with setting up your work area, where you'll fit parts together by following our illustrated instructions while keeping quality standards in check. Operating hand tools will become second nature to you as you carry out the assembly process. Once you’ve built a product, you’ll stack it according to established procedures and make sure everything is labeled and banded securely. Safety and organization are paramount; you’ll ensure your workspace is clean and orderly while performing pre-shift inspections on the equipment. We value teamwork, so your participation in safety and other initiatives will be encouraged! If you have a high school diploma or a GED (though it’s not mandatory) and some prior experience in manufacturing, you’re one step closer to being a part of our family!
