UI UX Designer

General Responsibilities

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications that reflect our commitment to user-centered design.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines that elevate our brand and set us apart.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and efficiently.
Continuously improve the user experience by analyzing user feedback and data and incorporating insights into future design iterations.

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Design or Computer Science related fields.
Experience as a UI/UX Designer in a financial services or similar industry.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and experience with web and mobile applications.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Knowledge and Skills Required

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design methodologies and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A desire to stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
