As a Business Analyst supporting Project Managers, you will play a vital role in facilitating the successful execution of projects by providing analytical insights, conducting requirements gathering, and assisting in project coordination activities. Reporting to the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, you will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. As a Business Analyst supporting Project Managers, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing analytical insights, conducting requirements gathering, and supporting project coordination activities.
Your Impact:- Collaborate with project stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, user needs, and project objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to gather requirements and understand business processes, workflows, and pain points.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and other documentation to support project planning and execution.
- Analyze data sets, reports, and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to project goals and objectives.
- Generate ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key findings and support decision-making by project teams and stakeholders.
- Work closely with project managers to track project performance, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for improvement or intervention.
- Map current-state and future-state business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives, workflow optimizations, and automation solutions.
- Document process changes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to ensure consistency and alignment with project objectives.
- Assist project managers in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities, including maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, and monitoring progress.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project communications, ensuring timely dissemination of information and follow-up on action items.
- Support project teams in resolving issues, mitigating risks, and escalating concerns as needed to ensure project success.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment of project objectives.
- Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to stakeholders through written reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Credentials:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a project management or IT environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data and information.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process mapping, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project) is advantageous.
