  • Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Facilitate communication by maintaining open lines of communication between Umpqua Health and providers to exchange information, share best practices, and address concerns. Ensure timely dissemination of policy changes and updates.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, including the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and External Quality Review Organizations (EQRO), to understand regulatory deliverables, requirements, and timelines.

  • Support continuous improvement by gathering feedback from providers to continually enhance training programs and provider support services. Advocate for process improvements that benefit both Umpqua Health and our provider network.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

Your Credentials:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider relations, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and industry trends.
