Join Aprio's Advisory team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Unanet Practice Lead to join their dynamic team.

This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded individual to contribute to a rapidly growing software practice with our firm. Join our Business Applications team as our newest Practice Leader, alongside our existing NetSuite, Sage and Deltek practices. We’re searching for our next team leader to grow the Unanet practice in 2023.

Position Responsibilities:

Practice Management

  • Set and achieve the budget and goals of the practice (with overall accountability)
  • Manage the practice’s profitability
  • Grow the Unanet team to expand our ability to qualify and drive sales opportunities
  • Provide constructive feedback and effective support of the future practice team
  • Maintain business applications partner relationships at the executive level
  • Assist the leaders at Aprio in setting budget and revenue goals for cross sales & introductions to their clients
  • Closely manage AR and WIP and ensure collections on accounts
  • Lead practice management meetings
  • Communicate professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences
  • Proactively seek information, challenge norms and drive efficiency
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of status, actions, risks and drive to resolution

Sales & Client Management

  • Source leads externally (from your network)
  • Partner with Aprio’s leaders to identify, qualify and close leads from Aprio’s client base
  • Meet with clients at the C-level on a quarterly basis for information gathering and feedback on practice performance
  • Build channel referral partnerships with other partner CPA firms and other associations as applicable to drive referrals
  • Manage team in scoping efforts
  • Deeply understand Business Application (ERP, CRM, Analytics) sales, win themes, and success measures of a good implementation

Go-to-Market

  • Define go-to-market solutions and package offerings with other complimentary ones; create supporting collateral
  • Align with industry and segment leadership to drive development and roll out of solutions tailored accordingly
  • Run webinars and digital campaigns in partnership with ERP platforms to recruit new clients
  • Develop Learning and Development training to educate others at Aprio and create training materials to support the practice

Administrative

  • Participate in internal meetings, presentations, reporting, initiatives
  • Adhere to Aprio’s established processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years experience in sales, operations, customer success and management of business applications preferred
  • Experience selling and implementing an ERP or CRM Business Application, preferably Unanet
  • Strong experience with and understanding of all aspects of the Business Applications solution function and related commercially available software packages
  • Attention to detail/ability to manage a wide book of clients
  • Experience in management of a business unit preferred
  • Experience in a professional services firm preferred
The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
