Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner is responsible for developing a network of talent for identified positions across several regions.  The incumbent will identify talent through passive and active sources including social networking, personal networking, Internet research and data mining. Performs research, resume mining, list generation and cold calling of potential candidates through advanced Internet searches, in-depth data mining, Boolean searches and other research techniques and owns the recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer.

  • Supports CommonSpirit Health at Home’s mission to make the healing presence of God known in our world by improving the health of the people we serve, especially those who are vulnerable, while we advance social justice for all.   • Adheres to the Corporate Compliance Program, including confidentiality of HIPAA protected health information. 
  • Works collaboratively with Talent Acquisition Team Members and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Provides prescreened candidates for key positions, including internal, external, nontraditional and diversity candidates, to reduce time to fill and cost per hire; increase new hire retention; and increase hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Mines data from social media sites, recruitment databases, and other resources.
  • Works collaboratively with Talent Management for identification of high potentials.
  • Utilizes collected information coupled with recruitment tools and techniques to build viable candidate pools in alignment with the organizations pipeline needs.
  • Continues to evaluate sourcing methods through collected feedback and team work to implement solutions where gaps exist.
  • Documents candidate pipeline and candidate pools.
  • Develops and maintains pool of prospects with regular touch points.
  • Works with leadership to identify Strategic Workforce Planning for future needs.
  • Sources diverse candidates ensuring diversity within the selection pool for open requisition.

    6 years of healthcare recruiting experience required for a candidate whose highest level of education is a High School Diploma4 years of healthcare experience required for a candidate whose highest level of education is an Associate’s Degree2 years of healthcare recruiting experience required for a candidate whose highest level of education is a Bachelor’s or graduate degree

     

    Bachelor's degree and home health recruiting experirence preferred.
