The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner is responsible for developing a network of talent for identified positions across several regions. The incumbent will identify talent through passive and active sources including social networking, personal networking, Internet research and data mining. Performs research, resume mining, list generation and cold calling of potential candidates through advanced Internet searches, in-depth data mining, Boolean searches and other research techniques and owns the recruitment lifecycle from posting to offer.
