The Revenue Cycle IT Support Analyst provides technical and operational support for healthcare revenue cycle systems, ensuring the efficient processing of billing, claims, and financial transactions. This role includes managing electronic data interchange (EDI) workflows such as 835, 837, 270, 271, and 278 transactions. The analyst plays a key role in troubleshooting system issues, maintaining data integrity, and supporting integration between clinical, financial, and payer systems.
