With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.Placement AreaFinance / FP&AFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Rookies support decision making for their business units and maximize return on investment through financial analysis. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or Economics.AccountingAccounting Rookies will assist in executing the vision for the global accounting team, which will include supporting the month end closing process, analyzing reports, as well as maintaining general ledger accounts and ensuring transactions are accounted for in accordance with US GAAP.Opportunities may also exist to support executing the vision for the Global Accounting Operations (AO) Team, which will include supporting AO Project management initiatives. Assist in the research, development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies that helps support Accounting Operations. Work with cross-functional teams to assist in the review of company processes and business objectives to optimize business performance. Assist in preparing project meetings and other project related activities, such as training and post implementation reviews.These opportunities might appeal to students with majors such as: Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Economics Business Administration, or Project Management.Eligibility• Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2025 - July 2026).• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.Workplace Location• Baltimore, MD headquarters office.• Relocation assistance provided.• Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.Hiring ProcessOur resume review process will start immediately upon applying for this role.
