Voice Engineer

As a Voice Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the Network and Telephony infrastructure. This includes managing projects across Asia, designing and implementing IP telephony systems, monitoring performance and call quality, and ensuring stability and resilience of voice services. You’ll also troubleshoot complex issues and maintain technical documentation, and you are expected to provide training and support to end-users.

To apply for the Voice Engineer position, candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
