Manager of Mortgage Originations
Unison is seeking a Manager of Mortgage Originations to lead and enhance our mortgage team's performance. You will focus on compliance, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a mortgage loan officer team
- Monitor phone calls and NPS results for coaching opportunities
- Explain and teach Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures
- Handle customer escalations and recommend resolutions
- Perform routine process reviews for compliance
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Education
- Mortgage loan originations license
- Experience in mortgage sales leadership
