Client Services Agent - Open Shift - job 2 of 2

The Client Services Support Agent will have a positive impact on the world by using their critical thinking skills to resolve issues. • Support, troubleshoot, and resolve end user issues in the client software applications for a clinical trials
• Document all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures
• Monitor team mailbox emails and document according to procedures
• Maintain confidentiality as appropriate at all times
• Adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• College degreed applicants preferred and at least one year of applicable experience. Background investigation and drug screen required.
• Must have strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint. Strong troubleshooting skills
• Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level. Strong phone skills are also required. A candidate who is also bilingual in Spanish, French and/or Japanese is helpful but not required.
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Must be able to apply critical thinking and analytical skills appropriately to resolve daily issues
• Must be able to work remotely within 50 miles radius of in Indianapolis and travel to client site for urgent situations.

• COVID 19 vaccination restrictions are no longer required to enter facilities according to CDC recommendations for any local or state requirements.

The hours for this position will be OPEN; possibly Tue - Sat; 5p-2:30a (EST); with availability to float and cover additional shifts as needed after training.

Training will be hands-on for approximately the first 6 months (could be shorter/longer) from 8 am – 5 pm EST, Monday – Friday, and then will move the scheduled shift.

***MUST BE LOCATED 50 MILES FROM INDIANAPOLIS.
