Retail Sales Associate - Phoenix, AZ

Universal Energy Solutions is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Phoenix, AZ team! We recently partnered with some of the largest Home Improvement Retailers in the country, including Lowe's and Home Depot. As Brand Ambassadors for these retail giants, our mission is to help promote clean energy by providing customers with new and exciting programs centered around Solar and other Renewable Energy Solutions.

This is a RETAIL position located in store at one of the Retailer's stores throughout the Phoenix area. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be expected to represent both our company and partner with the utmost integrity and professionalism. You will be tasked to engaging with visitors, promoting a new Renewable Energy Solutions, and schedule appointments with qualified customers.

We're looking for highly motivated self-starters to that are effort-driven, but also understand how to thrive in a performance-based environment. We are a growth-oriented company looking for like-minded individuals that aspire to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Promote and build interest in the new program centered around Solar Energy and other Renewable Energy Solutions
  • Answer questions related to the product and program
  • Schedule appointments for qualified customers
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent people skills and comfortable with engaging customers
