Sales Associate- Philadelphia, PA

This position is FT (M-F) in office with weekly pay periods, travel opportunities and regularly offered bonuses!

We are growing exponentially while seeking to grow our sales team to bring momentum and energy to our company. An ideal candidate would be excited to develop and deliver an exceptional sales experience to our growing number of new customers.

As a Sales Associate , you will be a frontline leader of our team and interact with customers and clients regularly in the Philly area. In addition, you will work cross-functionally with the Client Accounts and team to provide valuable feedback regarding the sales experience, market trends, and assist in driving customer acquisition.

Day in the Life:

  • Engage with customers and clients in a friendly, professional, and sincere manner
  • Uniquely tailor and deliver product and service information to consumers to exceed their needs and expectations
  • Collaborate regularly with team members across the Sales departments to review market share initiatives, troubleshoot territory hurdles, and discuss customer feedback
  • Comply with all company procedures and policies to sustain a reliable and trustworthy relationship with clients and consumers
  • Stay up to date on all product representation requirements
  • Market Research once organically promoted into higher level roles!
