Universal Energy Solutions, a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at our Oakbrook Terrace, IL location. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative energy solutions to commercial and residential customers.

As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to educate customers on the benefits of our products and services, build strong relationships, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services to potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and management.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Residence in or near the Oakbrook Terrace, IL area.
