Summary

UES is seeking a Front Office Administrator for our Kennesaw, GA office. This is a full-time position with regular office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Front Office Receptionist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling general office duties and providing essential support to our principals and project managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
  • Provide administrative support, including but not limited to answering phones professionally and courteously, filing, copying/scanning as necessary, & shipping
  • Engages in professional office relationships to foster a culture of kindness
  • Assist with higher level leaders such as branch managers and business development leaders on various administrative tasks, including but not limited to client communications, preparing reports and other business related documents
  • Assist with typical data entry, report compilation, and binding for multiple departments using programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe
  • Complete general facility upkeep daily, including but not limited to cleaning & maintaining common areas/bathrooms/break room, maintaining office supplies, maintenance of office equipment such as copiers/scanners
  • Ensure the front office is kept presentable and assist in maintaining an enjoyable environment for clients, vendors, and employees alike (this may include making coffee, offering guests/clients beverages, etc.)
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Excellent customer, verbal, and written customer service skills
  • Fantastic phone skills and a bright, cheerful attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience creating and managing written communication
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be able to lift 30-60 lbs.
  • Remote or work from home requests are non-negotiable


Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of administrative experience 
  • Associates Degree or certification equivalent
