Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
We are looking for a highly organised person to join the International Marketing and Recruitment Team. This is a varied role, so will suit a person who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of a supportive team.
Reporting into/working closely with the Deputy Director - International Marketing and Recruitment, you will be organising and assisting with organising events, meetings/minutes, projects, reports, presentations, working to tight deadlines, raising PO numbers/receipting, managing event bookings and providing administration. Your efficiency and ability to pre-empt the needs of the Deputy Director, professionalism, attention to detail and calmness under pressure will be well received and valued in this role.
This is a 5–6-month fixed term role (37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday) role (may have the potential to extend) – immediate start preferred
Remuneration: $65,000k – $70,000k (depending on level of experience)
