JOB SUMMARY:
Manages transformation activities to advance and excel in the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP), Commercial ACOs, EQIP, ECIP, CTIs and other value-based care (VBC) programs. Seeks to enhance the patient and family experience through the implementation of service standards (access), efficient workflows, and team member/provider mentoring and education. Lead data and analytics efforts to meet all monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting requirements.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Education & Training: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration and/or a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience is required.
Work Orientation & Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a physician office or hospital setting is required. Experience should include exposure to financial management, operations/administration, quality/value-based payment programs and marketing.
Skills & Abilities: Excellent quantitative, communication, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required. Ability to (a) problem solve, (b) manage time effectively (c) work independently and within deadlines, (d) maintain business and patient confidentiality, (e) project a positive image of the organization in support of our Culture of Excellence, (f) adapt hours and availability to accommodate physician schedules, (g) effectively use computers for word processing, financial analysis and presentation development, (h) possess the ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional and proactive manner, (i) and motivate positive performance required. Advanced knowledge of provider billing and reimbursement, provider productivity, scheduling, credentialing, and practice management preferred.
