The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, managing client relationships, and forecasting/delivering revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare and preferably clinical research industry. This role will report to the Senior Director, Strategic Programs.Key Responsibilities:Everyday Health Group Pregnancy and Parenting (EHG P&P) is seeking a Clinical Account Executive with a proven track record selling digital media and/or technology solutions in the healthcare space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling digital patient recruitment solutions to pharma companies and contract research organizations (CRO’s), prospecting new clients, building a robust sales pipeline, managing client relationships, and forecasting/delivering revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare and preferably clinical research industry. This role will report to the Senior Director, Strategic Programs.Specific responsibilities include:• Understand client needs recruiting for clinical research studies and propose EHG P&P’s suite of digital solutions to meet those needs• Develop and implement comprehensive media plans, crafting compelling solutions tailored to meet client objectives and drive successful recruitment outcomes• Create and execute annual sales strategy, and manage pipeline and revenue target• Proactively generate new leads with new clients with a focus on contract research organizations (CROs) and pharmaceutical companies• Build and maintain relationships with key-decision makers at CROs and pharmaceutical companies• Develop accurate sales forecasts, regularly update management on pipeline status, and proactively propose solutions to mitigate risks• Uncover and understand client objectives and propose solutions to deliver on them• Develop compelling and effective client presentations to sell patient recruitment solutions• Provide client feedback and competitive intel that can inspire new sales products and improvements to existing sales products• Work with legal to review and negotiate SOWs and MSAs• Catalyze and motivate internal teams to think creatively about how to meet client needs to achieve their objectives and drive revenue• Work closely with internal teams, including account management, planning, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery of client programs.Job Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree• Minimum of 3 years experience in digital media or patient recruitment sales, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry• Experience selling digital media and/or technology solutions to meet client goals (e.g. registrations, enrollments into clinical trials) and tracking performance vs. goalsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets• Experience working with healthcare clients required; experience working in clinical operations and patient recruitment, preferred• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office• Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills• Strong analytical and problem solving skillsOur Culture and ValuesWe created our values together to guide our collective purpose and pursuits.
