Experienced Recruiter Opportunity Requirements • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software packages • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive customer service attitude • Knowledge of recruiting/placement laws and practices Key Responsibilities Developing Sourcing Strategies: • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Management and Sourcing Specialists to create and implement sourcing strategies to meet diversity and hiring goalsRecruitment Process Management• Adhere to business procedures, EEO guidelines, and HR practices to screen and secure candidates for low to mid complexity positions• Work with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and devise recruitment strategies• Identify cost-effective sourcing methods within budget constraints• Manage relationships with internal and external sourcing resources for efficient candidate placementCandidate Management• Present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers• Facilitate communication between candidates and management during the interview process• Extend job offers and manage candidate acceptance or rejection processesData Tracking And Reporting• Maintain accurate Applicant Logs for EEO data recording• Provide recruitment reports and statistics to support management decision-making• Implement Behavioral interviewing techniquesJoin our team and contribute to our recruitment success!Employment Type: Full-Time
