The successful candidate for this position will provide general office duties and customer service support to the Division for Equity and Inclusion and/or LGBTQ Resource Center. Duties will include, but are not limited to:• Update website.• Programming support.• Greet and direct visitors, provide general information and answer routine inquires.• Pick up and route incoming and outgoing mail.• Perform a variety of routine typing assignments as appropriate to the position; operate a personal computer to draft basic correspondence and enter data; print letters, labels, reports, and /or other materials; create, maintain, and update hard copy files and records; perform filing, shredding, scanning, and photocopying.• Run various routine errands across campus.• Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Experience working with Diverse populations preferred. Must exhibit a professional demeanor, have appropriate office etiquette, be organized and task-oriented, and must be responsible for completing assigned tasks with accuracy while meeting deadlines.Typical work hours will be Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.Minimum QualificationsMinimum qualifications not found for this position (0043)Equivalencies not found for this positionPreferred QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a customer service setting and knowledge of Cascade, Microsoft Office Suite, and Canva.
