Provide leadership to plan, organize, and manage all of the activities related to the Academic Records Office, including serving as the official authorized keeper of the university’s student records.

  • Knowledge of complex administrative systems; knowledge of essential Registrar functions related to collecting and maintaining student records;
  • understanding of policy creation and maintenance of Registrar functions and its impact on students, faculty, and staff;
  • understanding, approving, and working with all related parties involved in data extracts from student information system.
  • Possess a high level of problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellence in accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work in collaborative manner with diverse group.
