Upgrade is a fast-growing fintech company providing credit and banking solutions. We are looking for an Account Servicing Specialist to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.

Skills

Call center experience
Loan servicing knowledge
Regulatory understanding (FDCPA, FCRA)
Strong communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Interact with customers to answer questions and provide assistance
Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing and service issues
Document customer accounts accurately
Identify areas for optimizing customer satisfaction
Contribute to training and development efforts
Service accounts and find resolutions for customer objections

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
