Upstream USA is a national nonprofit committed to equitable, patient-centered contraceptive care. They are seeking a Senior Director of People Relations who will help build strong employee relations solutions and support the achievement of organizational goals.

Deep experience in employee relations

Responsibilities

Provide consulting and coaching to departmental leaders.
Develop and drive strong employee relations solutions.
Manage complex employee relations issues.
Train and advise managers on employee relations best practices.
Facilitate employee engagement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
PHR/SHRM-CP certification is a plus
