One of our clients; an American multinational technology company, is in search of a English speaking M365 Technical Advisor.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Support Advisor – Engineer to gather insights, detect bugs and feature improvements and create guidelines and readiness for new products. This position requires 40 hours availability per week (Monday-Friday) from 1 PM - 9 PM UTC and makes hourly payment.
The Microsoft 365 Technical Support Advisor – Engineer will also provide technical support and advice to our customers and help them with the New Product Playbook.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Microsoft 365 products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Also, written skills are a must.
The Microsoft 365 Technical Support Advisor – Engineer will gather insights, bugs, and other type of feedback.
With the information gathered, the Microsoft 365 Technical Support Advisor – Engineer will help to create readiness, wikis, Q&A and the guidelines on how to use the new products.
Initial input would be through a teams channel.

As the service to be provide is about value guidance of Microsoft 365 technologies, the freelancer will have excellent listening skills, and skills to convert feedback into valuable product insights.
Freelancer will have solid soft and communication skills to get insights.
You are a good fit if:
You possess at least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas :
Microsoft 365 administration,
Microsoft 365 consultancy,
Microsoft 365 deployment
Microsoft 365 migration
Microsoft 365 technical support
You have a solid general understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads and are specialized (deep dive) in at least one of the following workloads :
Microsoft Exchange Online
Microsoft SharePoint Online
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Office
Microsoft One Drive For Business
Microsoft Identity Management Solutions
You possess active listening skills
Have experience in technical troubleshooting
Outstanding Customer service skills
