Administrative assistant needed to perform regular administrative tasks, help with user onboarding, handle customer service inquiries, answer customer questions on course message boards, schedule and send weekly emails to students, schedule and send weekly text messages to students via Remind app, track customer subscription and remove customers with expired subscriptions. Other tasks may be... added as needed, depending on the ongoing projects within the company.
Proficiency in math and reading are preferred. Will need to work with Teachable platform, Zoom, Zapier, and Zoho to be able to perform tasks. Experience with these platforms is also preferred
