We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial freelancer to manage our Amazon account and products to ultimately boost sales. As the Amazon Account & Product Manager, you will play a critical role in strategizing and implementing product marketing plans, optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and monitoring overall account performance.
Responsibilities...
- Oversee the end-to-end management of our Amazon Seller Central account, including but not limited to, product listing creation & optimization, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries.
- Develop and implement strategies for product promotions, keyword research, SEO optimization, and PPC campaigns to improve product ranking and visibility.
- Regularly review and analyze sales data and product reviews to identify trends, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions for inventory and sales strategies.
- Maintain high seller performance metrics and ensure account health.
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Proactively handle any Amazon-related issues, including customer service issues, negative reviews, or A-to-Z claims.
- Collaborate with our team to understand product specifics and provide insights on how to improve listings and increase customer conversion.
- Stay updated with Amazon’s policies, marketplace trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Solid understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, ranking factors, and selling policies.
- Proven track record in improving Amazon product rankings and sales.
- Proficient in Amazon PPC advertising, SEO keyword research, and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex marketplace issues.
- Proficiency with e-commerce tools and software, such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or Seller Labs.
- Amazon FBA experience would be a plus
