Atlanta Videographer/Photographer for Event at Home

Hi, I recently bought a new home for my parents. They are traveling to Atlanta at the end of the month and think the house they will be staying at is an AirBnB. I'd love to capture the experience of them coming from the airport and coming into the new home (25 minutes from Airport). Currently, my vision is that I have cars pick them up from the airport and the videographer/photographer meets... them with the driver. Then the car arrives at the house and there will be a very small welcoming party (ie. balloons, some food, some music). This is not a big event...will be 9 people total. I'd love to have the day captured and transformed into a 3-5minute video. I'd also love all the B-roll footage for my personal files as this is a very big milestone for me. Would welcome any ideas, still very much in the early stages of planning. Tentative dates are for end of the month in July or early in August. Thank you
