Hours and Compensation:
Initially up to 40 hours per month (approximately 10 hours per week, sometimes less), on a fixed retainer basis. This means that even if there are fewer than 40 hours of work in a given month, , you will still be paid for 40 hours every month . this position cana grow into full time or extended hours based on performance.

About Us:
A Chinese-American business owner and his wife, residing in Shanghai with an elementary school child, are seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time Virtual Assistant.
The employer is a distinguished real estate investor and developer from New York, with additional ventures in import-export, financial IPO consulting, and media/entertainment consulting.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in various industries and potentially open doors to business opportunities in America.
Responsibilities (YOU DONT NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO ALL OF THESE THINGS - I can hire separate VAs for each of the different industries below as well)
1. Administrative Support:
2. Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
3. Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
4. Handle email correspondence and manage communications.
5. Conduct light online research
6. Real Estate and Development:
7. Coordinate with real estate agents, contractors, homeowners, buyers, and tenants.
8. Import-Export Business:
9. Handle documentation and logistics coordination for import-export activities.
10. Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding shipments and orders.
11. Draft and edit proposals.
12. Financial Consulting:
13. Support in managing client communications and scheduling calls or meetings in relation to IPO consulting.
14. Media Consulting:
15. Coordinate with media contacts and manage communications.
16. Personal Assistance:
17. Manage household schedules and appointments.
18. Schedule child-related activities and appointments (doctors etc)
19. Remotely handle occasional personal tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
2. Very high energy and motivation
3. Excellent verbal communication skills
4. Extremely persistent and great at following up
5. Proficient in written and verbal English and Chinese.
6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
7. Familiarity with real estate, investing, import-export, financial, or media industries is a plus.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
