We are seeking a talented Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team and help us onboard clients into GoHighLevel. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting video calls with clients to guide them through the onboarding process. Excellent English communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GoHighLevel and be able to explain its features... and functionalities in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct video calls with clients to onboard them into GoHighLevel
- Provide guidance and support during the onboarding process
- Explain the features and functionalities of GoHighLevel to clients
- Address any client questions or concerns regarding the onboarding process
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel and its features
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to effectively explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner
