Content Creator To Produce Monthly Content Batches - Contract to hire

We have multiple clients that need monthly content batches created. This includes primarily short form video content. However, some basic Canva graphic design may be necessary as well. All footage and concepts will be provided. We are looking for someone who can execute compelling short form video editing with captions, popups, transitions... Everything necessary to keep content engaging... Willingness to occasionally appear on camera is not necessary but a bonus
