We need a CPA to review our financials which we have prepared but want to make sure are accurate and and sign off on in order for us to potentially sell our business to an interested buyer: As requested by the buyer, "These financial documents should encompass the company's profit and loss statements, expenses, cash flow, debt, liabilities, assets, investments, capital allocation practices, as well as risk contingencies from the past two years."
