Creative Agency Looking For Video Editor - Contract to Hire - job 1 of 3

OVERVIEW: We are a boutique performance marketing agency that works with 7, 8 and 9-figure eCommerce brands. We specialise in end-to-end performance ad creative development... We are looking to hire a new video editor to join our team. We are looking to hire someone full-time but are looking to hire the best of the best in terms of work quality, communication, meeting deadlines, etc.. That's why there will first be a 1-month trial on a part-time basis, in this month trial we will evaluate your skills and then see if we can bring you on board full-time. REQUIREMENTS: To apply must be: - You should be comfortable working in EST hours - You should be a well rounded editor (that has experience producing UGC and VSLs primarily) - You must be proactive and have initiative, we're not looking for a robot that is just taking commands - You must be looking for a full-time position and the opportunity to grow with a team long-term - We are a small team that is growing fast, so you must be able to adapt quickly to new changes and adapt to a new working environment COMPENSATION: The trial period will be 1 month and you will be paid 60USD per task. You can expect 5-10 tasks to be assigned to you. After the trial month we will evaluate if you could work with us on a full-time basis, which is our ultimate goal.
