SEO Specialist Needed for Comprehensive Website Optimization - Contract to Hire - job 2 of 5

We are seeking an experienced SEO specialist to help us improve our website's visibility and ranking on search engines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO, as well as technical SEO. This role involves optimizing existing content, creating new content, and ensuring that our website meets all best practices for SEO. Responsibilities... On-Page SEO: Optimize Title Tags to ensure they are descriptive and include primary keywords. Craft compelling and keyword-rich Meta Descriptions for each page. Structure content using Headings (H1, H2, H3, etc.) to enhance readability and SEO. Ensure URL structures are clean, descriptive, and SEO-friendly. Add Alt Text to all images for better search engine comprehension. Implement Internal Links to enhance site navigation and SEO. Create high-quality, relevant, and original Content that engages users and ranks well. Maintain appropriate Keyword Density without keyword stuffing. Ensure the website is Mobile Friendly and performs well on all devices. Improve Page Speed for better user experience and search ranking. Utilize Schema Markup to provide search engines with additional context about the content. Off-Page SEO: Build and maintain high-quality Backlinks from reputable websites. Leverage Social Media Marketing to drive traffic and engagement. Engage in Guest Blogging on relevant websites to build backlinks and brand awareness. Conduct Influencer Outreach to promote our content. Manage and respond to Online Reviews to build trust and credibility. Technical SEO: Create and maintain XML Sitemaps to help search engines understand site structure. Optimize Robots.txt to guide search engine crawlers. Ensure the site is secure with SSL/HTTPS. Use Canonical Tags to prevent duplicate content issues. Implement Structured Data Markup using schema.org or JSON-LD. Utilize Breadcrumb Navigation to improve site structure and user experience. Implement AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) for faster mobile loading. Identify and fix 404 Errors to maintain a healthy site. Local SEO: Optimize and update our Google My Business profile. Ensure NAP Consistency (Name, Address, Phone) across all online listings. Build Local Citations on relevant directories. Acquire Local Backlinks from local websites and businesses. Encourage and manage Reviews and Ratings on platforms like Google My Business and Yelp. Requirements: Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Excellent understanding of keyword research, content optimization, and link building. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
