Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound phone calls and address customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. Schedule jobs and coordinate with technicians. Prepare and send estimates to clients. Upsell products and services to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the plumbing or construction industry. Extraordinary phone skills and a friendly demeanor. Excellent typing skills and attention to detail. Clear vocabulary and perfect English. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
