About the Position


The Client Success Associate (CSA) must be able to understand the needs of clients at each touch point and how that fits into the bigger picture, and from there build and support a program that anticipates their needs and meets them in the moment. This role will be integral in helping provide training, best practices, content nurturing, and new solution introductions to drive usage and adoption of the solutions and services the client values, ultimately promoting renewal rates across the client base.


Through effective listening and market research, our CSAs will tactfully leverage all manners of communication to get our solution, services, and products in front of senior executives across the multinational organizations we work with. CSAs partner with FrontierView’s Client Services Managers to develop an account targeting strategy to engage, renew, and upsell our client base.

About You


Empathetic, customer-focused, and driven. Like an old sage sitting on top of a mountain, your years of honing empathy and passion for learning new tricks have made you a constant resource for friends and family members throughout your life. Because you communicate clearly and skillfully through both writing and speech, others always understand the context of your message. Guessing isn’t good enough; detailed, concise answers are your winning formula. You can think on your feet, locate solutions for clients quickly, and articulate those solutions accurately.


What To Expect In This Position:


  • Onboard, train, and serve customers with the products we offer in an effort to improve renewal rates
  • Segment and analyze client data to perform effective outreach strategies to drive adoption and renewal likelihood
  • Write supportive documentation & best practices for both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Develop regional & industry-specific expertise to take a consultative approach when communicating with senior-level executives
  • Leverage internal marketing materials to engage target executives/organizations
  • Strategically plan account penetration
  • Leverage Sales Enablement tools (like Linkedin, ZoomInfo, and Groove etc) to manage your engagements with clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target personas and their needs
  • Serve as a connector between clients, Client Services Manager, and Research Analysts by suggesting and scheduling service delivery calls. 


What Sets You Apart:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in the required field
  • A consistent record of surpassing personal and organizational goals
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A relentless drive to succeed
  • Working proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Some experience in business development or client outreach is ideally preferred
