A fully remote team, we hail from over a dozen states and counting across the US. THE ROLE Creator Deck is looking for a Data Entry Assistant who loves numbers and is all about staying up to date with social media influencers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team, primarily focusing on managing and updating data in influencer marketing campaign reports. The ideal candidate will be adept at using a reporting platform, Google Sheets, maintaining data accuracy, and staying updated with social media trends in the beauty and lifestyle space. Your duties include: Set-up and manage all influencer marketing campaign reports in our reporting platform Upload finalized partner lists into campaigns management system Monitor and vet reports and content within for performance and compliance. Update and maintain Google Sheets with up-to-date information throughout the week Collaborate with Account Manager to provide weekly and monthly reports for clients Monitor campaign performance and identify trends to help provide solutions to improve metrics Identify top-performing content and add it to the External Master sheet Reach out to us if you are: - A social media maven who knows their way social networking sites - An organized individual who can maintain and vet data across various spreadsheets and trackers. - A proactive problem solver who can monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements. - Someone who spends hours on YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and beyond, keeping tabs on who the rising stars and trends are - Someone who has a keen eye for detail - Outstanding organizational skills - Ability to track time efficiently daily - Able to work Google Suite, including google sheets - Ability to work in third party social media reporting platforms - A team person who has stellar communication skills - Always finding yourself juggling multiple tasks at once (and doing an awesome job at it!) The opportunity is a temporary paid assignment contracted on a weekly or monthly basis
