My team and I are looking for an experienced Media Buyer in Facebook Ads with a proven track record of managing a minimum of $1,000,000 in yearly FB Ad Spend with live proof that you will have to show us during the meeting by showcasing the ads accounts you manage. As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and... conversions. This position requires a deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, ad creative, and campaign optimization strategies. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have a successful track record in media buying and are passionate about driving results through Facebook advertising, we want to hear from you! Also you have to have the same amount of knowledge in Google Ads like how you do in Facebook Ads. In Google Ads you have to have a minimum of $500,000 / year Ads Spend with proof by showing us live evidence during the meeting. You have to be willing to join team calls and discuss and listen the plans for the next week and month for the agency as a whole. We want someone to join and be apart of our team not someone who just wants the paycheck and does not care. If we sense that then we will drop you even if you are doing a good job. You have to help with images and videos if needed and give your feedback on all creative approaches we talk about, and give inputs on how much should our Daily, Weekly and Monthly Ad Spend be for the best results. WE ARE A LEAD GENERATION AGENCY SO DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HELP ANYONE BESIDES LEAD GENERATION COMPANIES/AGENCIES. We will not count your results if you do $5,000,000 ad spend yearly but for e-commerse, or info product. We need you to not only run ads for us but run ads for our clients which increases your pay.
THE PAY - will only be discussed if we request to have a second meeting with you.
NICHE- The niche we are in is helping [Chiropractors, General Contractors, and MedSpas] generate more leads on a guaranteed basis. Which means we will sit down and speak to you about the budgets we work with and from there we will want your input on how many qualified leads you can generate with the budgets we work with. If you guarantee more qualified leads than you can receive then you will get dropped from the company.
IDEAL MEDIA BUYER - We just want someone who can deliver results everyday of the week, with different budgets, is excited to work and is willing to give it their all to growing the company. We have incentives as well in our company for the people who stand out every single month. One example is our CMO who was the hardest working for the last 3 months and we are flying him out to the FORMULA 1 race to watch live in person because of his hard work and commitment. We do not want to micro manage you at all we want to just ask you for a task to be done then we can count on you completing that task. Everyone in the company is close with each other and anyone can call anyone and have a conversation for hours. So company culture is major and means more to us then anything. If you can bond well with everyone and be open to different approaches and doing things out of the box apply for this job. Ideally we want someone from the United States but we are perfectly ok with hiring someone to join our team outside the U.S.
