We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to handle calls, emails, data entry, and website management tasks. The ideal candidate should have a background in call centers, payment industry, and crypto. As a Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities will include answering calls, responding to emails, managing data entry tasks, and updating websites. You should be detail-oriented... organized, and have excellent communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms is required. This is a remote position with flexible hours. Data Entry ~ Research, Transcription, Data Collection, Extraction, Encoding
• Should have knowledge using CRMS like Hubspot, Salesforce, ZOHO.
NOTE: Job timings (Full time Mon- Fri 9am to 5pm PST USA)
Duties:
• Customer Service, lead generation
• Handling Inbound-Outbound Calls
• Handling inbound and outbound emails and text messages.
• Need to convince , onboard new clients and maintain relationship with them.
• Data Entry, file management
• Need to help me organize tasks, meetings , reminders, etc.
• Any experience with digital marketing, websites, ad posting, eBay /amazon/steam, google ads fb ads and linked ads , digital marketing will be a PLUS
