Job Title: Freelance Recruiter
Responsibilities...
1. Collaborate with the in-house recruiting team to understand hiring needs and priorities for operational and technical positions.
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
4. Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
7. Represent the company professionally and positively to candidates and external partners.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in both operational and technical recruitment.
2. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
7. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
8. Certification in recruiting or talent acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
